The shipping department (aka, me at my desk) is working hard to get your stickers out the door and into your hands, no conference room meetings or printer fires involved.
Carrier: Your order will ship via USPS First-Class Mail, the classic, reliable, slightly mysterious friend who doesn't offer tracking, but usually shows up like clockwork. I also offer USPS Priority Mail, which is not free shipping but does allow for tracking and ships sooner than USPS First-Class mail.
Processing Times: Orders ship within 3-5 business days. That's real business days, not Schrute Farm business days.
Delivery Time: Most USPS First-Class mail orders arrive within 3-10 business days after shipping. If it takes a little longer, don't panic; it's probably just Kevin at the post office taking a snack break. USPS Priority Mail typically takes 1-3 business days, but isn't guaranteed.
Tracking Info: At this time, tracking is not included with USPS First-Class shipping orders. This helps keep shipping affordable (for both of us). Think of it as a mystery box, but you know what's inside. If you do want tracking, you have the option to pay for USPS Priority Mail shipping. I would recommend the free shipping option. Are stickers an emergency? I should be saying yes, but good things come to those who wait?

Because they are handmade sticker products, all sales are final. However, I do want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, please email me at:

FAQ
Do you offer tracking information?
At this time, I use USPS First-Class mail for shipping. There is no tracking information with this shipping method. We're keeping it affordable for now. However, if you want tracking, you can opt to select USPS Priority Mail at checkout. There is a shipping cost that will be added to your order.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, and then USPS takes over (usually 5-10 business days to arrive if you selected free shipping). If it's been longer than 2 weeks and still no sign of stickers, please reach out, unless your mail carrier is severed, in which case they may not know. If you selected USPS Priority Mail, it typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery. This isn't a guarantee per USPS.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free with USPS First-Class mail. This option does not include tracking information. If you want tracking and faster delivery, you can choose USPS Priority Mail at checkout. The shipping cost will depend on the delivery address. These orders typically take 1-3 business days to arrive, but USPS does not guarantee this timeframe.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment, but I would love to ship internationally someday. For now, I only ship to US addresses within the 50 states and DC.
What's your return policy?
All sales are final, but if something arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. I'll do what I can to make it right.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it moves fast, like Dwight hearing the word "promotion." But if you catch it quickly, send me an email and I'll see what I can do before it ships.
Can I send a sticker as a gift?
Absolutely! Stickers make an excellent surprise. Just enter the person's name and address at checkout.
How are your stickers made?
I draw all my sticker designs using Procreate on my iPad. I then upload them into Cricut Design Space where I will print on my Epson printer, and cut on the Cricut. I use white, vinyl, matte sticker paper, and add a clear laminate sheet on top. This ensures the sticker is extra durable and waterproof.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes! These stickers can handle a bit of life's messiness. You can add them to your emotional support water bottles and hand-wash them with no issues. They are water-resistant and durable because of the clear laminate I add, but they are not invincible. I would not recommend them to be put through the dishwasher, or placed on a submarine.
I recommend cleaning the surface well and drying it completely before applying the sticker. With some surfaces (painted metal-coated water bottles or curved surfaces), you may need to press down on the sticker for a few seconds to ensure it sticks well.
